Auction – Official Rules and Regulations

 1. Eligibility:
• Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
• Employees, board members, and immediate family members of Each 1 Reach 1 Las Vegas are not eligible to bid.
• Auction is open to U.S. residents only. 

 2. How to Participate:
• Bids can be submitted online fundraising events.
• All bids must include full name, phone number, and email address.
• The highest bid received by the deadline will be the winner. 

 3. Auction Item Details:
The Vegas Getaway Package includes:
• Two-night hotel stay at a Las Vegas resort (exact location provided upon win).
• Two complimentary meals per day for two people (select venues only).
• Two show tickets (subject to availability).
• Retail value: Approximately $1100

 4. Important Terms:
• Reservations must be made within 90 days of auction win and are subject to availability.
• Package is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Blackout dates may apply (e.g., holidays, major event weekends).
• Travel to/from Las Vegas is not included. 

 5. Payment & Confirmation:
• Winner must submit payment within 48 hours of auction close.
• Accepted forms of payment: Credit card, CashApp, PayPal, or check (made out to Each 1 Reach 1 Las Vegas).
• Confirmation of win and redemption instructions will be sent via email.

 6. Tax Information:
• Each 1 Reach 1 Las Vegas is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
• Winning bid amounts may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
• Consult with your tax advisor for personal eligibility. 

 7. Disclaimer & Waiver:
• Each 1 Reach 1 Las Vegas makes no guarantees regarding weather, venue closures, or unforeseen circumstances that may affect package use.
• By participating, you agree to hold harmless Each 1 Reach 1 Las Vegas, its affiliates, and partners from any liability associated with use of the package. 

 8. Publicity Release:
• By participating, you grant Each 1 Reach 1 Las Vegas the right to use your name, likeness, and photo in promotional materials related to this event, without compensation.
